Max - 2 Months Old

Just wanted to share with you Max's 2 month images. This is the second of his 12 month series and we have to say already our favorite! As you can tell Max is showing off that cute little grin of his. His features have changed so much over the last few weeks, not to mention his never-ending growth spurts. At his two month check-up Max weighs 11.5 pounds and is 21 inches long. We are still going in every two weeks for blood work for his kidneys which we are happy to report levels are moving down in the right direction. Max's kidney function still has a way to go but we are very hopeful. We head down to Children's Hospital to visit his specialists on Tuesday the 29th, hopefully we will continue to get more good news on his progress.

Family Time

We had the opportunity to spend some more time with family. This time with Kelly's mom's family. It was a great time to catch up and for everyone to meet Max. Here are some photos from the day...

Max's Newborn Session

Well, finally after quite some time now we are posting some of the images from Max's newborn session. Its amazing how much the little guy has changed since these images! With the help of Kelly's mom and a pacifier Kelly was able to capture some beautiful images of Max. (By the way Kelly is enjoying photographing in her new home studio)

We also traveled to Turba studio where we had some family images taken. We found out its a little difficult to have Kelly in the photo while also being the photographer! A big "thank you" to Tricia and Shanna for taking some priceless images of the three of us.

Piotter Reunion

One of the things we love about summer is being able to spend time with family and friends. Summer always brings us to family reunion events and this year was a little extra special for us. We were able to introduce little Max to Kelly's father's side of the family. It was great to see the extended family as we don't often get together during the year.
